For our launch of our Wayne Gretzky spot, I worked with 72andSunny to create a cinematic commercial and brand campaign. The campaign celebrated his connection to the game, highlighting his legacy and tie to sports. Gretzky’s presence added credibility and reinforced BetMGM’s commitment to excellence in sports betting. This was our first partnership with Gretzky, so we made it a standout moment, showing him walking out of the Bellagio fountains, similar to our ambassador Jamie Foxx. The result was a striking campaign that connected with fans and strengthened BetMGM’s position as a leader in sports betting.
